• You are required to submit an individual technical report of 2,000 words (±10% is acceptable) excluding references.
• This assignment requires students to build and simulate a discrete-event
model using a specialist simulation software to address a given problem in operations management. The problem you need to solve will be made
available to you by week 9 on myUniHub.
