This assignment is divided into 6 parts: (I sent to the writer this plan as appendix 1)
First part is a biography of a teacher which I had a meeting with him and I collected some information about him. I sent the teacher's biography and  the writer should range that information as third person and as the plan needs. That are 300 words but i need 200 words bio in the assignment. I wrote as points and as a CV but i need all of them together as a biography of a teacher and according some questions which the teacher gave us. The questions are below.
Second part is literature on teachers' beliefs. The writer should find information with using books and references which i sent five references and the writer should use these references and others he wants. The literature should be In relation to the topic and in relation to the questions; i will ask the teacher and I will collect the data Such as syllabus, assessment, Courses, professional development, and Teacher's beliefs. I have not had any meeting with the teacher about the questions yet and only I have his biography. The writer can start the assignment until I will send the data.
Third part is data collection. It includes my questions, which I will ask the teacher. All of them are below.
Fourth part is data collection 2. It includes my questions plus the teacher's answers but I have not done this part yet.
Fifth part is results: what affects the way this particular teacher teaches: beliefs but what else.
I think it means analysis the data collection and support that analysis with references and my opinion but i am not sure. The writer should do this for me because i have not understood what exactly means.
Sixth part is the conclusion. I think this part is clear.
The writer can mention to the meetings and I mention to two meetings. At the first meeting i wrote his biography and in the second meeting the teacher answered to the questions.
This literature review is a part of my research on a teacher's beliefs about English language teaching and I should ask the teacher the following points and this literature review should include and relevant to the following points and questions:
These four points and questions are a list of possible influences on individual pedagogy, the literature review should be revenant to these, and the writer can add any other things that he thinks are necessary for my research. It means he can suggest adding to this list. For each point or paragraph, I need reference with page numbers for all paragraphs.
