Drones in America

This paper should explain what military drones are, how they vary in size and capabilities, and how the United States now wants to use them on domestic soil.  Mention Sen. Rand Paul who fillibustered over the privacy invadement that the government wants to have the ability to spy on people and have the authority to execute people using drones on domestic soil.  Find articles that are pertinent to this new hot topic(which should be easy) and include them in the paper.
